What Customers Say

Right from time of first contact, Tony was fun, friendly, helpful (he explained how my controller works) reliable, I absolutely will use him again and recommend him to people that have an air conditioning unit.

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. The quality of the job was exceptional and he was incredibly charming and professional. Thank you!

I’ve had this now for the summer and winter which I had waited for my review. The product is fantastic, the service and aftercare from these guys had been fantastic!

Highly recommend this company. Firstly Tony came out super quick to quote for three aircon units. On the day of install the guys were very professional, tidy and efficient. Everything was talked through before installing to make sure we were happy, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent job, thanks again all!

Tony was amazing from start to finish. Great price, fit me in incredibly quickly, and was very friendly and a pleasure to have in my house doing the work! There was a small cosmetic defect on one of the units, and before I’d even noticed it, Tony had ordered a new part, then he came back within a week to fit it. I would definitely recommend Ecool - excellent service.

Very professional approach to all aspects of our requirements from the initial survey, written quotation & subsequent installations. We are very pleased with Ecools services.
